Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian massage technique designed to relieve tension in the muscles, boost blood circulation and encourage lymphatic drainage to reduce bloating from water retention. Also, help to loosen knots relating to the connective tissue around the muscles. 

Cover a small area each time following the map provided in the digital tutorial. Stroke each area at least 5-10 times with pressure base on personal preference. Most importantly to connect with the muscle underneath the skin. Strokes focusing on the head and body.  

Usage

After cleansing, use beauty tools with body oil on moistured skin. This will also help your body oil to absorb better. Rose quartz helps to keep the temperature of the product cool for massaging. Do this as much as possible every day.
