Order info
Do you accept international orders?
Yes , we accept all international order and process via our shipping partner, Fedex or DHL. A gentle reminder that you will have to be responsible of any charges your country may imply for import tax or duty.
Why should I register an account?
So that it will be easier to process the order and you do not have to provide us with your details when you shop with us the next time round. If you have unchecked the box to not receiving promotional material from us, your information will still be kept confidential and we will not send you any spam mail. All information will not be shared with any third party .
Do you do gift-wrap?
If you are ordering these as a gift and would like us to leave a personal note or gift-wrap on your behalf, please do leave a message when you are checking out. We do not charge for this service.

How are our ingredients used in the product certified?
Each individual ingredient have been certified by ACO, one of the golden standard of certification for organic products . Organic agriculture produces products using methods that preserve the environment and avoid most synthetic materials, such as pesticides and antibiotics. We also do not use genetically modified ingredients and are against animal testing.
Are each of the product 100% organic ?
Yes, they are made of 100% organic ingredients that are meticulously sourced from all over the world to provide the best grade skincare product for our customers and ourselves. If you have interest in looking at the certificates for any of our ingredients, we will be most happy to send you copies.
Are these product suitable for sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive or reactive skin it is important to know exactly what is in a product, and that those ingredients are safe to use, uncontaminated by pesticides or solvents. The only way to be certain that a product is made from organic certified and natural ingredients is if it has passed rigorous third party certification like the ACO, USDA and UK Soil Association. Knowing the cause of your skin problem is also essential in knowing what is suitable for you. Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, however feel free to contact our customer service and we will advice you according to your individual condition. Our products however are not suitable for people with nut allergies, since we cannot ensure that nut oil is not present during our process of formulation.
Why is organic skincare product essential?
Some none organic product or ingredient do come from good sources, but how do we trust that these are good when we do not personally pick the ingredient from the farm or know the composition formula used. Being an organic product especially when it is 100% organic that has been certified by international golden standard is the key to understanding where and how the ingredients were grown and how our love ones would not be harmed by its side effects. With the rise of unknown agricultural-related diseases and continued growing of GMO crops around the world, we never really know what are their effects until after many years later.

What are my shipping options?
We ship all local orders via Singapore post free of charge. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days.
For international orders, it will take approx. 4-8 days to arrive .You will be able to check your shipping rate at checkout.
Return and Exchange
What if my product arrive damaged?
We try to ensure that we wrap our product in such a way that it is more environmental friendly but provide the protection that it needs during the shipping process. In any unfortunate event that the order is damaged when it is delivered, please do not hesitate to email us at customerservice@frankskincare.com with [Re: Damage (your invoice no.)] in the subject and preferably with a picture of the damage product so that we can process this as quickly as possible. We will bear all shipping cost for resending.
What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene purpose, we do not accept return or exchange unless we have processed the order differently from what you have ordered. We will try our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
